The Wellness Score Visit is a comprehensive exam that takes 45 minutes and measures multiple metrics that cover mobility, flexibility, nutrition, lifestyle, habits, and more. We take a whole body approach to help you take REAL steps towards a fully transformed life.
After your Wellness Score Visit, we will schedule a follow up visit that shows your official Wellness Score and what the numbers and metrics mean for you and your health, as well as a treatment plan for your wellness success. You can stop there, no questions asked, or you can sign up for your wellness plan!
